What if I have a question or need something in a rush?
Please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated shipping times.
How will I receive updates about my order?
Be sure to use an email address you check regularly at checkout. If I need more information and cannot reach you, your order may be delayed.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact me immediately with the correct details. Once the package has shipped, I cannot make any changes.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping fee to resend it.
Where do you ship?
I currently ship via USPS within the continental United States only.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're in NJ, you can select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout. I’ll contact you to arrange pickup and there’s no charge for this option.
How long does it take to ship my order?
If the components are in stock, orders typically ship within two business days. Custom orders may take anywhere from a few days up to two weeks, depending on material availability.
What if my package shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office. Stylishly Crafted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Order Issues & Returns
What should I do if something is missing from my order?
I check each order three times before shipping and will send you a photo of your items before packaging. However, if something is missing:
- Contact me immediately after delivery.
- Provide the name of the missing item and photos of the package, mailer, and all received contents.
- If the item is unavailable, I will issue a refund. If it’s in stock, I’ll send a replacement immediately.
Can I return or exchange my order?
I do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please provide clear images of the damage (including packaging if relevant), and I will issue a refund.
Gifts & Customizations
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! Just add a note to your order during the check out process and I will include a custom message free of charge.
Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Each item is handmade, and some variations may occur:
- Color variations: Screens may display colors slightly differently than in person.
- Design variations: Some beads and materials have unique patterns, meaning each finished piece may differ slightly while maintaining the overall design.
Product Care & Safety
How do I clean my items?
- Silicone beads: Wipe down or rinse off, then air dry with paper towels to prevent metal tarnishing.
- Pens & pencils: Store in a dry place and avoid excessive moisture.
Are your products safe for children?
Small beads can pose a choking hazard. Children should always be supervised while using items containing small parts. Stylishly Crafted is not responsible for product use after delivery.
Pens, Pencils & Refills
Do your pens and pencils come with refills?
Yes!
- Pens include one black ink refill.
- Pencils include a pencil tip and eraser.
- Additional refills can be purchased under Add-Ons on the website.
Are refills available for all pens?
Most pens have refills available, except for the Stylus/Pen and Multi-Ink Pens, which do not have refills. Replacement pen bases are available for these pens. Please contact me for more information.

Do you accept checks?
No, I do not accept checks.
